STK is focused prioritizing our energy to accompany our customers on their path to growth and opportunities.

This include our foundational core featured products as well as our components based solutions. We put customers at the center of our activity by orienting to our customer core segments supported by our Customer and Solution missions.

Our business models remain consistent with this strategy reducing complexity, simplifying our market approach effectively putting our customers first.

Simplified Processes

Any organizational approach growing over time becomes highly complex and interconnected. In addition, governance and decision making processes centralize at the top of the hierarchical structure. This in turn limits the empowerment of team members and makes the organization less agile and less responsive, causing the end result of hardening the customer response.

Agility is a core fundamental requirement of all organizations. Thus, an agile organization can employ business process  re-engineering as a core competency when transformation is called for.

STK as a true agile organization has endeavored to simplify its structure and its processes by
i) Examining how it works and identify and implement ways to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
ii) Aligning product functions, driving innovation and simplifying product management processes.
iii) Unifying shared services functions such as Business Operations, Customer experience, Sales and Support services.
iv) Speeding decision-making by alignment product development and other organization segments at business level.

Our culture of innovation includes customer-centricity, co-innovation programs at customer events and co-creation of knowledge solutions using our UBP platform and web portal framework.

Growth is our focus for the years ahead. Our Operating Plan takes a bottom-up as well as a top-down approach to planning preventing the usual, even spread of resources across our solution areas.

As we continue to grow our platform business, we are concurrently maturing our environment to achieve compatibility with hybrid and public cloud environments.
We are evolving to enable infrastructure as a service (IaaS) designed to provide flexibility and ubiquity across all our solutions.
